This morning I had Father son duo out on Pardee Lake for some Kokanee fishing . Mission was fill up the smoker so we did just that. 40 + fish day for these two being first time Kokanee fishermen it took a min to get the hang of but once they did it was game on !!! The doubles and triples made quick work of there limit by 8:30 and big smiles to show for it .. Fish are definitely 13-15 inches hopefully we may see some bigger ones by years end … Have a great Saturday

Fishing Report In California 

Great group of guys today out at Lake Camanche . Fish didn’t wanna work with us early in the morning but once the water warmed up a bit it was on .. The Water temps are dropping fast and the fish are starting to come up top 20. Bite was best using shiners and Optimizers grubs didn’t work out to good . Lots of laughs and they got the fish they wanted to keep for camp going 8 for 13 and we released the rest to catch another day …

Today was a special day had friend of 24 years Robert Menefee out today . Robert had never been Kokanee fishing before so we made sure his day was a success. The bite was  fast a furious in the morning then the last 5 we had to work for as bite completely shut off with little storm moving in . Three sons Tackle did the damage today along with that Northwest Bait & Scent this has been absolutely killer this year .. Great way to to finish the season with great friends and good company. Thanks again Dan for coming to help out today much appreciated…
